Begin the formal execution of the programme:

System Design

Execution of the system design methodology to determine business needs, design software

·Business Analysis. Thorough review and analysis of the current map and agricultural related business processes of HCSO.

·Requirements Definition. Identification of all functions to be automated, identification of non functional requirements

·Conceptual Design, Use of CASE to prepare conceptual design of HCSO DM

·Technical Specification of upgrade and GIS server

·Specification, delivery , installation and acceptance testing of pilot/development systems as Task Description Forms

·Purchasing the upgrade of existing GIS

·DM designed according to business needs

·Data integration and migration designed

·Acceptance testing strategy and User Acceptance Test scripts ready for use.

·The existing GIS of HCSO is upgraded and provides sufficient platform for prototyping DM at next stage

Compiling Map Collection Books

Complying a Map Collection Book

·Obtaining cadastral maps at 115 Land Offices

Build of DM system

·Order, install and commission the standard hw /sw incl. upgrade for HCSO

·Build of the design, establishment of prototype system, testing of functionality

·Execution of the Acceptance Testing Plan for DM

·Execution of acceptance test plan, and the software is accepted or referred for modification, in which case a subsequent test is applied.
